Every step traced. Every pallet accountable.
From producer floor to delivery dock, our supply chain is built on direct relationships and documented process — not assumptions and intermediaries.

Four stages. No skipped steps.
Stage 1 — Producer Vetting
We visit producers before we carry their product. That means inspecting facilities, verifying handling practices, and confirming chain of custody from origin. If we can't describe it firsthand, it doesn't enter our catalog.
Stage 2 — Import and Cold-Chain
Import clearance and cold-chain integrity are handled in-house. Temperature logs travel with every shipment. We don't expedite through steps that protect product condition — consistency is the only metric we optimize for.
Stage 3 — Storage and Inventory
Goods are held in climate-controlled facilities in San Diego under continuous monitoring. Inventory is tracked by lot number and origin date — not just SKU. Every pallet has a paper trail before it leaves the dock.
Stage 4 — Outbound Delivery
Orders ship with full documentation attached — origin records, temperature logs, lot numbers. If something arrives wrong, we resolve it directly. No escalation chain, no waiting on a third-party claim.
Ask for the paperwork. It exists.
Every product we carry has a documented origin trail — producer names, facility addresses, import records, and handling logs. Traceability is not a marketing claim here; it is the operational baseline.
Request the sourcing file for any line we carry. We send it the same day. Buyers who need this level of documentation are exactly who we built this supply chain for.
